About Piao Liu

Piao Liu is a senior associate at King & Wood, specialising in labour and employment law as well as social security law. She provides legal services to a number of well-known foreign and domestic companies, and deals with various non-litigation and litigation matters for large state-owned enterprises, multinational companies, foreign-invested companies and representative offices of foreign enterprises, including reviewing internal policies, drafting employee handbooks and all kinds of employment documents, advising on the establishment, modification and termination of employment relationships, and handling labour and civil disputes relating to employment relationship termination, non-compete and trade secrets.
