About Piao Liu

Piao Liu is a senior associate at King & Wood Mallesons. Ms Liu specialises in labour and employment law and social security law. She provides legal services for a number of well-known foreign and domestic companies and deals with various non-litigation and litigation matters of multinational companies, foreign-invested companies and rep offices of foreign enterprises, including: drafting, reviewing internal policies and all kinds of employment-related documents; conducting internal investigations and lay-off projects; advising on establishment, modification and termination of employment relationships; and handling labour and civil disputes relating to employment termination, non-compete, employee equity incentive and trade secrets.
