Ting Yang
is a partner in King & Wood Mallesons’ dispute resolution department with over 13 years of experience. She has successfully managed numerous administrative penalty cases related to misrepresentation and insider trading, while representing listed companies, securities firms, and credit rating agencies in securities litigation. Ms Yang currently serves as a Director for both the Securities Law Institute of the China Law Society and the China Banking Law Society.
