About Xi Suodi

Xi Suodi is a senior associate at King & Wood. His practice focuses on project finance, acquisition finance, syndicated loans, real estate finance, green finance, financial infrastructure and financial derivatives. He has represented a wide range of clients, including major state-owned banks, joint-stock commercial banks, policy banks, foreign-invested banks and corporate clients, in numerous complex cross-border debt financing transactions. He also represents various futures exchanges, commodity trading platforms and other financial infrastructures, offering legal services including cross-border connection schemes and the drafting and review of business rules. Xi Suodi is a member of the ESG Professional Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association.
