About Yafei Zhan

Yafei Zhan focuses on cross-border M&A transactions, foreign direct investment and projects, with experience in representing Chinese clients in connection with cross-border M&A, joint ventures and project investments (including oil and gas, renewable energy and mining projects). Prior to joining KWM, Yafei worked for a commercial law firm in Sydney, Australia. Yafei is qualified to practice in both China and Australia and has been admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in Australia.
