About Ye Hongtao

Ye Hongtao is an associate at King & Wood. His practice focuses on antitrust and competition law and M&A transactions. He assists clients in submitting merger filings to the SAMR within the PRC and across jurisdictions, including a number of multinational companies, domestic and overseas listed companies, domestic SOEs and private enterprises in the real estate, chemical and automobile industries. He also assists clients in responding to antitrust investigations, provides antitrust compliance training and compliance counselling, and advises clients on relevant arrangements in the context of daily operations and business co-operation.
