About Yue Dai

Yue Dai is a partner in the dispute resolution and litigation team at King & Wood. She has specialised in product liability law for many years and has acted in numerous product liability cases on behalf of well-known manufacturers. She also specialises in cross-border litigation and arbitration practice, including shareholding, trade and data disputes. Yue serves as deputy director of the Foreign Affairs Committee and Commercial Arbitration Committee of the Beijing Bar Association. She has published widely in the areas of product liability and regulation.
