About Zhang Fan

Zhang Fan is a lead associate of KWM’s environment and climate change team, with over six years’ relevant work experience. She obtained her first degree in law from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and her Master’s in law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law. She is experienced in compliance audit, legal consultation and legal services related to central environmental protection inspection. Zhang has advised or represented clients in a number of cases, including administrative hearings, reconsideration and litigation, public interest litigation and private tort litigation, some of which have seen excellent outcomes. She works in Mandarin and English.
