About Zhang Fan

Zhang Fan is a lead associate of KWM’s environment and climate change team, with over five years’ experience in the field. She obtained her first degree in law from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and her masters in law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law. She is experienced in compliance audit, legal consultation and special legal services related to central ecological and environmental protection inspection. Zhang has advised or represented clients in a number of cases, including administrative hearings, reconsideration and litigation, public interest litigation and private tort litigation, some of which have seen excellent outcomes. She works in Mandarin and English.
