About Libin Wu

Libin Wu is the director of M&T Lawyers. Mr Wu holds a master’s degree in law from Peking University Law School and is qualified as a practising lawyer and tax agent in China. Mr Wu mainly provides domestic and foreign-funded enterprises with a wide range of legal consultation in the tax and commercial fields, including tax planning, tax dispute resolution, and tax consulting. He has provided tax-related legal services to a number of domestic and foreign institutions, and has successfully represented clients in handling disputes with tax authorities on many occasions.
