About Libin Wu

Libin Wu is the director of M&T Lawyers. He holds a master’s degree in law from Peking University Law School and is qualified as a practising lawyer and tax agent in China. Mr Wu mainly provides domestic and foreign-funded enterprises with a wide range of legal consultation in the tax and commercial fields, including tax planning, tax dispute resolution and tax consulting. With 18 years of experience in providing tax-related legal services to a number of domestic and foreign institutions, he has successfully represented clients in handling disputes with tax authorities on many occasions.
