About Zhiqun Shi

Zhiqun Shi is the founding partner of M&T Lawyers. Mr Shi holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Peking University Law School and a master’s degree in law from Temple University (Tsinghua project). He is qualified as a practising lawyer, tax agent, and corporate legal advisor in China. Over the past 15 years of practice, Mr Shi has been committed to providing professional tax-related legal services to large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, Fortune 500 companies, domestic and overseas listed companies, and high-net-worth individuals.
