About Zhiqun Shi

Zhiqun Shi is the founding partner of M&T Lawyers. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Peking University Law School and a master’s degree in law from Temple University (Tsinghua project). Mr Shi is qualified as a practising lawyer, tax agent and corporate legal adviser in China. With 18 years of experience, he is committed to providing professional tax-related legal services to large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, Fortune 500 companies, domestic and overseas listed companies, and high net worth individuals.
