About Anders Arthur

Anders Arthur is a partner at TIME DANOWSKY with 20 years’ experience of dispute resolution. He represents clients in general and administrative court proceedings, before disciplinary boards, and in domestic and international arbitration proceedings. Anders has acted as counsel in a wide variety of matters related to construction, franchise, insolvency, insurance, intellectual property, life sciences, M&A, professional liability and trade secrets. Anders also regularly advises clients in contentious company law matters and shareholder disputes. He is a member of the Swedish Bar Association.
