About Malte Bever

Malte Bever is counsel in the M&A/energy group at Chatham Partners, and has extensive experience in advising national and international clients on M&A and other corporate transactions. He specialises in the structuring of corporate transactions, joint ventures and general corporate matters. With advanced expertise in the energy sector, Malte focuses on the acquisition, divestment and development of renewable energy projects, including solar, wind and hydrogen, advising both investors and project developers. Prior to joining Chatham Partners, Malte worked in the M&A department of an international law firm in Hamburg for several years.
