About Gicu Bloșenco

Gicu Bloșenco is a trusted adviser within ERA’s corporate and commercial division, providing pragmatic, solutions-focused guidance on topics like corporate governance, regulatory compliance and complex transactions. He supports both domestic and international clients throughout all phases of their corporate activities, from formation and structuring to establishing shareholder and management frameworks. With a strong passion for international commercial arbitration, Gicu has mentored the Moldova State University team in previous Moot Court competitions and continues to back young lawyers, serving as a mentor in the 2024–2025 National Competition of Legal Writing and Advocacy.
