About Ina Jimbei

Ina Jimbei is a managing associate at ERA and head of the competition department, with deep expertise in competition, administrative and procedural law. She has a PhD from, and lectures at, the Law Faculty of the Moldova State University. Ina advises on complex investigations, regulatory compliance and high-stakes litigation, drawing on over a decade of academic experience as a lecturer in civil procedure and author of multiple leading texts in the field. She has contributed to major justice sector reforms, including the amendment of the Administrative Code and national capacity-building projects with the Council of Europe, EBRD and NCSC.
