About Mădălina Luca

Mădălina Luca is an associate attorney at ERA and is engaged in complex national litigation, including administrative disputes, real estate, trade mark, commercial litigation, and recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards. She is recognised for her reform-oriented writing, with publications highlighting gaps in civil procedure and jurisprudence that influence the development of arbitration and the effective use of the recourse mechanism. Mădălina also serves as a trainer at the Attorneys’ Training Center, and has mentored winning teams in the National Competition of Legal Writing and Advocacy, organised by NCSC.
