Flávia Chiquito dos Santos
is a senior lawyer with over 14 years of extensive experience in Antitrust/Competition and Compliance. She has a Bachelor of Law from the “Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo” and she has a Master’s Degree from the “Universidade de São Paulo”. She was also a Visiting Research Student at “King’s College London”, under the supervision of Professor Richard Whish. She has previously held office as an adviser of CADE´s Commissioner. In 2016, Flávia published a book regarding the imposition of fines on fighting of cartels and she continues to write papers about antitrust/competition matters. She is a Member of the Brazilian Institute of Studies of Competition, Consumer and International Trade – IBRAC and Member of the Commission of Competition and Economic Regulation Studies from the Brazilian Bar Association, section of São Paulo - Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (CECORE/OAB-SP).
