About Alan Bick

Alan Bick is the co-managing partner of Bick Law LLP. A former partner and co-chair of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP’s Environmental Practice Group, Alan has over 35 years of experience representing clients in cost recovery actions under CERLCA, RCRA, and state equivalents; federal and state enforcement actions; mass and toxic tort cases; natural resource damages matters; and environmental review litigation under CEQA, NEPA, and the Endangered Species Act. Beyond his extensive experience as a litigator, Alan advises clients on environmental compliance and helps mitigate risk in real estate and corporate transactions.
