Dounia El Aissaoui is an associate at Gide Loyrette Nouel’s Casablanca office who specialises in real estate transactions and financing. Dounia was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018 and has been based in Casablanca since 2019, advising Moroccan and international professionals on all types of assets (industrial, offices, retail, hotels, housing) in Morocco and Africa. She also advises Moroccan and international clients on more general contractual matters and regulatory issues. Over the last few years, Dounia has also developed expertise in Morocco-related data protection matters.
