About Julien Nouchi

Julien Nouchi is a senior associate at Gide Casablanca who specialises in corporate and personal taxation. He works closely with the real estate team on all types of matters including the structuring of share or asset deals involving immovable properties, and in the tax and foreign exchange management of tourism and housing contracts. He is regularly involved in domestic and cross-border tax-related matters such as acquisitions, financing and development of industrial projects, mergers and restructuring, transfer of business and transfer pricing. He advises clients on their day-to-day relationship with the tax authorities, especially in the context of tax audits or claims for the application of tax treaties and free trade agreements.
