He regularly assists local and international clients with real estate projects – whether domestic or cross-border real estate transactions (portfolio-single acquisition/purchase), leases (commercial, housing, long-term), construction operations (EPC contracts), management aspects (hotel management agreements, asset and facility management), town planning issues and legal structuring of mixed-use projects. He also specialises in the construction and industrial sector.
