About Trang Le

Trang Le is a senior lawyer at Le & Tran and deputy head of corporate governance and compliance consultancy, including M&A advisory, and has been acting for many international investors and Vietnamese clients in various industries. She was the lead lawyer in the vast majority of these matters, taking on the main structural work.
