About Miranda Khumalo

Miranda Khumalo graduated from Rhodes University with a Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) degree and a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree, and has a Higher Diploma in Tax Law from Thomas Jefferson University. She was admitted as a legal practitioner in 2009 and as a partner at Atherstone and Cook in 2013. Miranda has experience in leading business transactions concerning corporate investments, corporate restructuring, tax law advisory and general cross-border transactions. She has represented local and international entities in an expansive range of commercial transactions in different sectors, including oil and gas, mining, transportation and logistics, banking and finance, and real estate.
