Céline handles complex out-of-court (mandat ad hoc and conciliation) and insolvency proceedings (safeguard, accelerated safeguard and bankruptcy). She also has significant experience in distressed M&A and insolvency proceedings litigation. Céline is a member of the Multidisciplinary Commission of the Prix Ulysse, a board member of the Association pour le retournement de l’entreprise, and co-leads the turnaround committee of France Invest.
