Her practice focuses on amicable proceedings, including mandate ad hoc and conciliation, and insolvency proceedings such as safeguard, accelerated safeguard, accelerated financial safeguard, reorganisation and judicial liquidation proceedings. She also provides insolvency advice to debtors, directors, shareholders, financial and non-financial creditors, and investors. In addition, she drafts conciliation agreements and safeguard and reorganisation plans, and advises clients on litigation matters related to insolvency law. Prior to joining Goodwin in 2019, Emilie completed internships at White & Case, SCP Hunsinger and Sanofi.
