About Carla Pingul

Carla Pingul is a partner at Cruz Marcelo & Tenefrancia. Her practice areas include arbitration, data privacy litigation, tax litigation, banking litigation, trial advocacy and appellate practice. She has represented clients before the Permanent Court of Arbitration and the International Criminal Court for disputes involving government infrastructure projects and energy contracts, as well as various arbitration bodies. She is a trained arbitrator of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc., and a senior lecturer at the University of the Philippines, College of Law, where she teaches remedial law.
