About Eriz Dimaliwat

Eriz Dimaliwat is an associate at Cruz Marcelo & Tenefrancia and a member of its IP department and the Patent group. She primarily handles patent/trade mark prosecution, litigation and enforcement. She assists local, multinational and foreign corporations with their patent/trade mark applications and manages their IP portfolios. She has participated in several IP training courses including the 2025 Patent Agents and Patent Attorneys Training Course conducted by the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL) and the 2024 World Intellectual Property Organization–IPOPHL Summer School in Emerging Economies. Dimaliwat graduated from the UP College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management of Applied Chemistry.
