Frances Mickaella Noreen M Chavez is a junior associate of CMT. Her practice areas include criminal and civil litigation. She earned her Juris Doctor degree cum laude from the University of Santo Tomas in 2023, ranking third in her class. She was also a Foundation for Liberty and Prosperity Scholarship Awardee. In 2021, her team won the Best in Creative Solution Generation Award at the Asia-Pacific Commercial Mediation Competition. In 2019, she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, minor in Finance, from the University of the Philippines, Diliman.
