About Ramon Manolo A Alcasabas

Ramon Manolo A Alcasabas is a partner in the litigation and dispute resolution department of Cruz Marcelo & Tenefrancia. He actively handles civil, commercial, criminal and labour litigation before the courts, as well as administrative bodies. He is also a member of the firm’s competition law and data privacy practice groups. He has experience in corporate rehabilitation and restructuring proceedings, having represented both creditor and debtor sides before the courts. Ramon received his Master’s in Law from Columbia University in New York City in May 2014, graduating with honours as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He is a member of the New York State Bar.
