About Ritz Alejandro

Ritz Alejandro is a senior associate at Cruz Marcelo & Tenefrancia and a member of its IP department and the Patent group. Her practice covers IP prosecution and litigation, including trade mark and patent prosecution, patent drafting, freedom to operate searches, IP valuation and patent litigation. With a degree in Business Administration and Accountancy and being a Certified Public Accountant herself, she has pursued extensive training and certification in key areas of IP law, such as IP valuation and alternative dispute resolution. She is also a certified IP Valuator, after completing and passing the course administered by the Association for Management and Valuation of Intangibles.
