About Anna Sokołowska-Ławniczak

Anna Sokołowska-Ławniczak is a partner at the firm. She has extensive experience in every aspect of trade mark law, including advising on trade mark strategy, prosecution or litigation before the Polish Patent Office and the EU Office of Intellectual Property. Anna represents clients in court disputes concerning industrial property, combating unfair competition, and copyright law. She also advises on issues connecting intellectual property law and other fields of law and business such as advertisement, marketing, and public relations. Anna provides legal opinions on issues concerning registrability of trade marks, and use of signs in the course of trade or promotion campaigns. She runs complex projects related to obtaining and managing intellectual property rights. She is a member of INTA, the International Trademark Association.
