Anna Sokołowska-Ławniczak, PhD
is a patent and trade mark attorney, and a partner at the firm. She has extensive experience in litigation before the Polish Patent Office and the EUIPO, as well as in court disputes concerning industrial property, unfair competition and copyright law. Anna also advises on issues at the interface of industrial property law and other legal areas, such as advertising, marketing and public relations. Her client portfolio encompasses companies from industries such as food, footwear, pharmaceuticals, research and development, as well as from various light industries. In addition to her standard legal qualifications, Anna holds a doctorate in law from the University of Lorraine in France.
