is a senior partner in the firm and a professor of civil law at the Jagiellonian University, Kraków. She specialises in civil law and intellectual property law and has authored numerous publications in these fields. Her academic research also covers unfair competition, industrial property and pharmaceutical law. Elżbieta regularly assists in legislative work and prepares expert opinions for the Polish Parliament and Senate. She is an arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration of the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw and an arbitrator of the Copyright Commission of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.
