Sebastian Vuoritsalo is a senior associate in Dottir’s Venture Capital and Growth Companies team and the Corporate and M&A practice. He focuses primarily on venture capital and growth investments, and also advises clients on domestic and cross-border private equity and M&A transactions. Sebastian has a practical and solutions-oriented approach to transactions and negotiations, with a focus on efficient execution and client objectives. His broad transactional experience gives him a strong understanding of the legal and commercial dynamics of growth company and investment work. Sebastian is a member of the Finnish Bar Association.
