About Viktor Kvist

Viktor Kvist is a senior associate in Dottir’s Venture Capital and Growth Companies team and the Corporate and M&A practice. He is a business-oriented corporate lawyer whose practice focuses on venture capital, equity financings, corporate governance and commercial agreements, particularly in the growth company space. Drawing on his background in venture capital, Viktor brings practical insight into the legal and commercial aspects of investor and company-side work. Before joining Dottir, he gained experience at Maki.vc, a Finnish early-stage venture capital firm. Viktor is a member of the Finnish Bar Association.
