About Keith Krut

Keith Krut is a founding partner of Hannaford Turner LLP, having previously worked at Curtis Davis Garrard (2004–2016) and Holman Fenwick Willan (2001–2004). Originally from South Africa, he is an English-qualified solicitor specialising in project work, with a skill set covering ship finance, ship construction (including conversion, repair and construction of specialised vessels for the oil and gas sector (LNG vessels, drillships and FPSOs)), chartering and offshore oil and gas procurement, and advising on drilling contracts. Keith has experience in assisting clients with negotiation of newbuilding contracts in China and East Asia, as well as substantial experience in general shipping operational matters.
