About Robert Pollock-Hill

Robert Pollock-Hill joined Hannaford Turner LLP as a partner in October 2023. A litigator with nearly 20 years’ post-qualification experience, Robert has a proven track record of representing clients in large and complex high-value cases in the English High Court and Court of Appeal, as well as in London Arbitration under the LMAA, LCIA and UNCITRAL Terms. Robert’s practice covers a wide range of dry shipping matters (including disputes under charterparties, bills of lading, contracts of affreightment and ship-building contracts) as well as wider commercial disputes, often involving allegations of fraud.
