He is co-chair of the firm’s litigation group, and has served as an attorney for local and national clients in federal and state court litigation and arbitration matters, in addition to bankruptcy proceedings, Trademark Trial and Appeal Board disputes, domain name disputes, government contract bid protests and Tucker Act litigation, and numerous other forums and proceedings.
