Rasmus Estrup is an associate in Kennedys’ Copenhagen office and joined Kennedys in 2023. Rasmus specialises in financial lines, litigation and arbitration and has represented insurers in relation to disputes within D&O, professional indemnity, property, product liability and recourse. With a background in one of Denmark’s largest law firms, Rasmus has worked on some of the most high-profile D&O cases in Denmark and focuses on high-value and complex claims and disputes within property, professional indemnity, D&O and product liability. Further to this, Rasmus also manages transportation and marine claims.
