About Rasmus Tommerup

Rasmus Tommerup is an associate in Kennedys’ Copenhagen office and is admitted to the Bar in Denmark. He joined Kennedys in 2023 and previously worked at one of Denmark’s largest law firms for several years. Rasmus advises insures on coverage and legal proceedings with particular focus on professional indemnity, financial lines, D&O, product liability and recourse. Rasmus specialises in the defence of construction professionals in high value and multi-party disputes, acting for architects, engineers and contractors. He also acts in the defence of directors and officers in financial lines cases. Rasmus has solid experience in legal and arbitration proceedings, and pre-action proceedings including expert opinion and handling of disputes in settlement negotiations.
