About Joaquin Schafër

Joaquin Schafër is part of the compliance team at VGC Abogados, focusing on supervisory and sanctioning procedures. He earned his attorney qualification and a Diploma in Administrative Sanctions Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso. He also has an LL.M. in International Law from the University of Heidelberg, and currently serves as a professor of Administrative Law at Adolfo Ibáñez University. Joaquin speaks Spanish, English, German and French, and is a member of the Chilean Administrative Law Association.
