About Alice Studart

Alice Studart is a partner at Salomão Advogados with extensive experience in administrative and judicial litigation, with a particular focus on disputes relating to carriage of goods by sea, logistics, oil and gas, customs and agribusiness. She holds an LLM in Civil Law and Civil Procedural Law (2020) and a specialisation degree in Maritime Law (2011), both from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). She is a member of the Maritime, Port and Admiralty Law Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association in Rio de Janeiro (OAB/RJ), a member of the Women in Shipping and Trade Association (WISTA) and of the Brazilian Association of Maritime Law (ABDM).
