Livia Sancio
is a partner at Salomão Advogados and focuses on dispute resolution in the shipping sector, with particular expertise in litigation, arbitration and pre-litigation strategies. She also advises on contract analysis and legal consultancy, assisting clients with complex maritime agreements and high-value disputes. She holds an LLM in Maritime Law from the University of Southampton and she is Vice-President of the Maritime, Port and Admiralty Law Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association in Rio de Janeiro (OAB/RJ). She also acts as an arbitrator at the Brazilian Center for Mediation and Arbitration (CBMA) and is a founding member of the Women in Shipping and Trade Association (WISTA) in Brazil.
