About Ivo Waisberg

Ivo Waisberg has experience in commercial, corporate, banking, antitrust and contractual dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration), acting as attorney and arbitrator. He is a member of the list of arbitrators of the main arbitration chambers of Brazil. He has a Bachelor’s, Master’s, PHD and full professorship from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC/SP) and holds a Master’s degree in Trade Regulation from NYU. He is a professor of Commercial Law at PUC/SP, both in undergraduate and graduate programmes, as well as the author of many legal articles and books. He is a visiting professor in commercial law courses of GVLaw.
