About Jenifer J. Foley

Jenifer J. Foley is a co-founder of Alter Wolff Foley & Stutman LLP and an accomplished litigator, trial attorney, and certified mediator with a practice devoted exclusively to New York family and matrimonial law. She represents clients in matters involving divorce, custody, support, marital asset distribution, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and frequently collaborates on national and international family law cases. Jenifer is a Fellow and past board member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, New York Chapter, and a past Co-President of AFCC-NY. She is a graduate of Cardozo School of Law.
