About Dina Hamerman

Dina Hamerman is a partner at Yankwitt LLP, focusing her practice on complex civil litigation and government investigations. Drawing on more than two decades of experience, she brings deep knowledge of New York federal and state courts and a pragmatic, results-driven approach to dispute resolution. Dina co-leads the firm’s Appellate Practice and serves as the firm’s executive director. She represents national companies in the hospitality and pharmaceutical sectors and closely held businesses in contract disputes, business divorces, and intra-family matters. Dina began her career at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP and previously held federal clerkships in the trial and appellate courts.
