About Jason Swergold

Jason Swergold is a partner at Yankwitt LLP and co-head of the Criminal Defense and Investigations Practice. He is a former federal prosecutor and trial attorney who represents clients in criminal and regulatory defence matters, government investigations, internal investigations, and complex commercial litigation. Jason previously practised at Shearman & Sterling LLP and served as an AUSA in the SDNY. He tried 12 federal criminal cases to verdict, argued ten appeals before the Second Circuit, and held senior supervisory roles including co-chief of the Narcotics Unit and acting deputy chief of the Violent and Organized Crimes Unit. He is deputy chair of the Westchester County Bar Association Criminal Justice Committee.
