About Michael Reed

Michael Reed is a partner at Yankwitt LLP, focusing his practice on complex federal litigation, with an emphasis on employment litigation, including discrimination and retaliation claims, restrictive covenant disputes, and theft of trade secret cases. He serves as counsel in national class and collective actions, as well as individual litigations and arbitrations. Michael also practised at Kirkland & Ellis, where he represented BP in connection with governmental investigations arising from the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, and served as a federal law clerk in the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the Federal Bar Council, the Westchester County Bar Association and the New York Bar Association.
