About Russell Yankwitt

Russell Yankwitt is the founder and managing partner of Yankwitt LLP, and an aggressive strategist who leverages decades of trial experience to represent institutional and corporate clients in complex commercial litigation in state and federal court. Prior to founding Yankwitt LLP, Russell worked at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, served as an AUSA in the SDNY, and clerked for Judge Thomas C. Platt, of the EDNY. Russell is president-elect of the Federal Bar Council and founder and chair of its Westchester committee. He also serves on the Westchester Bar Association and Business Council of Westchester boards as well as many others.
