About Gavin Farrell

Gavin Farrell is a founder member and partner of the firm and was previously a partner of Mourant Ozannes for nearly 14 years. He qualified as a French advocate and English solicitor with Simmons & Simmons and became a Guernsey advocate in 2002. Gavin has a wealth of experience in Guernsey corporate and commercial law. His practice focuses in particular on investment funds and the asset management industry, covering all regulatory and transactional matters, from the set-up of public and private funds and their managers, to their ongoing operations, asset acquisitions and restructuring, as well as dealing with corporate actions, both hostile and friendly. Gavin has been ranked as a leading individual in investment funds by a number of publications, and is also a recognised global offshore funds specialist.
