Kleber Izquierdo Pugliese is a founding partner of Izquierdo & Castro law firm, where he has developed his professional activity in the private sector since 1998, mainly in the area of advice for tax obligations and sponsorship in tax administrative procedures. He has extensive experience in the public sector, both in administrative and tax law, having previously worked as revenue auditor, legal adviser, head of the claims department, head of the tax prosecution department, supervisor and president of the Council of Supervision of the Guayas Revenue Delegation, in the Ministry of Finance, for more than 30 years.
